Warranty:
For Cube Products apply the legally prescribed warranty period. This begins with the purchase of new goods by the end consumer at the dealer. If a defect or damage -due to a defect in materials or workmanship- occurs to your product during the warranty period, please contact your CUBE dealer who accepts you for further processing. A repair does not extend the warranty period to the total product.

The warranty does not apply:

defects and damages due to improper treatment of the product
defects and damages due to accident, not by professional repairs, lack of maintenance / care and wear
defects or damages resulting from the use of unauthorized spare parts
Guarantee:
In addition to the statutory warranty period, we will give 5 years warranty on frame breakage (except Fritzz, Hanzz, Drop Zone, Edge Zone, Flying Circus, Warrior, all BMX: 2 years) and 2-year warranty on coating, painting or anodizing of the cube frame. For all carbon frames and all attachments relevant for a framework exchange, the extended warranty does not apply. In case of a repair or replacement, the warranty period to the total product does not extend.

Only the first time buyer can assert guarantee or warranty services.
