Diamond service- £75.

                Regrease bearings, new inner and outer gear cables, bleed brakes (if hydraulic) re-index and adjust gears. Adjust brakes so you stop quickly. Degrease and lubricate chain, chain set and derailleur pulleys. Tighten all bolts to required torque settings. Check tyres for wear, true and dish wheels to less than a mm accuracy. Thoroughly de grease and deep clean whole bike

Titanium Service -£40

                New gear outer and inner cables, check brakes to ensure they work as efficiently as possible. De- grease and lubricate chain. Check all bolts for correct torque fittings.

Steel Service-£25

                Check all bolts at correct torque settings. Check for wear and tear on whole bike. Ensure brakes are working as well as possible. Re index and set up gears.

Suspension service £40 – new dust and wiper seals, fresh lubricant and oil in fork legs. Fork is stripped down and thoroughly cleaned out to ensure smooth operation.

Hydraulic Brake bleed £10 – ensure there is no air in the lever or calliper bodies and flush out old oil with new clean oil. Inspect for signs of seal damage and cooked rubber parts.

Wheel true and dish £15 – true wheel or build with new spokes to ensure that the wheel is perfectly dished in the frame and is running as straight as the human eye can see. Will also check spoke tension using tensiometer

Headset or fork fitting ( free with new forks purchased at Torico) £10- New headset cups pushed into frame with steerer cut down to pre- arranged length. Headset tightened to ensure free play with no wobble!

New DU bush for rear shock £25-Fit and install new DU bushes to ensure suspension is running with now free play around shock.

New bearings for suspension bike – prices vary considerably depending on how many pivot points a bike has, we use SKF bearings where possible and can quote for each bike.
